% 26.11.2018 Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks directions thereby directing to promote the petitioner as per order dated 22.03.2010 passed by this Court in WP(C) No. 5686/1998, titled as "Shri Jagdish Rana & Ors. Versus Govt. of NCT of Delhi & Ors. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that earlier the petitioner made representation dated 05.07.2017 for the relief sought in the said petition, however, till date there is no response from the respondent.

Keeping in view the averments made in the said petition, I hereby dispose of the present petition by giving liberty to the

petitioner to make a fresh representation to the respondent, who shall decide the same within six weeks from the receipt of the representation.

In view of the above, the petitioner is disposed of accordingly. Order dasti.
