After arguments this appeal is disposed of with the consent order that the appeal is disposed of as not pressed but appellants will hand over actual, vacant and physical possession of the suit premises to the respondent/plaintiff on or before 30.11.2017 and the appellants will pay in full and final settlement of the impugned judgment and decree dated 11.7.2017 a sum of Rs.2 lacs to the respondent/plaintiff on or before 15.2.2018. It is however agreed and made clear that in case the possession is not delivered by 30.11.2017 to the respondent/plaintiff and the amount of RSA No.248/2017

Rs.2 lacs not paid to the respondent/plaintiff on or before 15.2.2018, then, the decree as a whole and as it stands will revive for the benefit of the respondent/plaintiff.

Appeal is accordingly disposed of in terms of aforesaid consent order.
