% 03.12.2018 By this petition, the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to look after old aged parents and maintain social ties. Notice.

Learned ASC for the State accepts notice.

Learned ASC for the State has taken this Court to the impugned order as also the nominal roll.

A perusal of the order dated 6th September, 2018 would reveal that the ground for rejection by the Competent Authority was that the petitioner has recently availed three weeks furlough in the month of June-July, 2018. As per the nominal roll placed on record after availing the furlough from 18th June, 2018 to 10th July, 2018, the petitioner has availed another furlough W.P.(CRL) 3663/2018

dated 13th September, 2018 to 28th September, 2018. Hence, this Court finds no ground to interfere in the impugned order. Petition is dismissed.

Copy of this order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent, Tihar Jail.
