O R D E R

% 17.12.2018 The petitioner's daughter was murdered in September, 2018. He could not avail any parole at that time despite the most grievous of personal loss to him. He is serving a life imprisonment. He has been incarcerated for 11 years, 9 months and 8 days as of 15.12.2018. He seeks time to be with his family and grieve with them, in addition to make arrangement for their security and their needs. The furlough granted to him from 6th December to 20th December, 2018 is on account of his good conduct. The parole is wholly different reason, that is, grieving for an unfortunate and sudden loss his daughter in a murder, would be most essential out of a human's life.

In the circumstances, the petitioner's parole would become effective from 21.12.2018 for six weeks on the same terms and conditions, on which

he is presently enjoying furlough.

The petition stands disposed-off in the above terms. NAJMI WAZIRI, J.
