Issue notice. Mr. Chandhiok, who, appears for the respondent accepts notice.

Learned counsel for the respondent says that he does not wish to file a reply as he has no objection to the prayer made in the petition. 4.

The record shows that the Arbitral Tribunal was constituted on 2.6.2017.

Before the statutory period of twelve (12) months could come to an end, the Arbitral Tribunal with the consent of parties extended the time frame by another six (6) months.

I am informed by counsel for the parties that the extended period is coming to an end on 1.12.2018.

It is submitted by both counsel that the matter is at the stage of arguments, and therefore, time be extended.

Having regard to the time and money invested by the parties, I am inclined to extend the time for concluding the arbitration proceeding and publication of the award by another five (5) months commencing from 1.12.2018.
