% 04.04.2018 By this petition the petitioner had sought quashing of FIR No.156/2017 under Sections 336/324 IPC registered at PS Preet Vihar on the complaint of SI Abodh Sharma on the ground that the parties have settled the matter.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a cancellation report has since been filed in the above noted FIR which has been accepted by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate. Learned proxy counsel for learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State on instructions from the Investigating Officer affirms the facts stated by learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the fact that the cancellation report has been accepted, nothing survives in the present petition.

Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
