(COMM) 358/2018 This is a petition filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter referred to as the 'Act') seeking extension of time for the Arbitral Tribunal to pass the Award adjudicating the disputes that have arisen between the parties. The petition has been filed jointly by the parties to the arbitration proceedings.

Having considered the contents of the petition, the time for making of the Award is extended till 28.08.2019. The petition is allowed in the above terms with no order as to costs.
