O R D E R

% 10.01.2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that investigations are complete and charge-sheet has been filed. Petitioner is in judicial custody since 20.09.2018. Prior thereto, he was in custody for three months in the year 2017. Conclusion of trial is likely to take time. Learned APP has opposed the grant of bail to the petitioner. It is contended that FSL report has been received according to which signatures of petitioner have been matched in about 57 documents out of 200 documents. It is further contended that allegations against petitioner is that he applied for grant of loan and submitted forged documents. The loan was sanctioned but before it could be disbursed the forgery came in light and FIR was lodged by the bank.

Keeping in mind the totality of the facts and circumstances of this

case, petitioner is admitted to bail subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court.

Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
