OMP(MISC) (COMM) 359/2018 This petition under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter referred to as the 'Act') has been filed by the petitioner seeking extension of time for the Arbitral Tribunal to pass the Award adjudicating the disputes that have arisen between the parties. Counsel for the respondent who appears on an advance notice submits that the respondent has no objection to the grant of extension of time.

Having considered the contents of the petition and no objection expressed by the counsel for the respondent, the time for making of the Award by the Arbitral Tribunal is extended upto 23.05.2019.
