The present petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Cr.PC) has been filed by the petitioner for quashing of FIR No.869/2012, under Section 135 of Indian Electricity Act (Amend.), 2003 registered at Police Station-Jamia Nagar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already settled the matter with the BSES Rajdhani Power Ltd. and paid a sum of Rs.59,000/- and seek the quashing of the aforesaid FIR. 3.
Learned counsel for the BSES submits that they have no objection if the present FIR is quashed as the matter has been settled with the BSES Rajdhani Power Ltd.

Learned APP for State also submits that he has no objection if the present FIR No.869/2012, under Section 135 of Indian Electricity Act (Amend.), 2003 registered at Police Station-Jamia Nagar is quashed. Moreso, they are only performa party.

In view of the aforesaid, the FIR No.869/2012, under Section 135 of Indian Electricity Act (Amend.), 2003 registered at Police Station-Jamia Nagar and all the proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. 6.
The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
