The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, seeking directions that respondent no.3 be permitted to provide police force to enable the petitioner to break open the locks put by respondent no.1 on the door of the toilet in Reshab Shree House, Satyam Commercial Complex located at Ranjit Nagar, New Delhi-110008.

The petitioner is essentially aggrieved by the action of respondent no.1 in locking the toilet in the aforesaid Commercial Complex (Reshab Shree House, Satyam Commercial Complex located at Ranjit Nagar, New Delhi-110008). This Court is not inclined to entertain the said controversy - which appears to be essentially a dispute between the petitioner and respondent no.1 - in this petition.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings. VIBHU BAKHRU, J OCTOBER 17, 2017 MK
