O R D E R

% 12.12.2017 This petition under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 has been filed by the petitioner praying for appointment of an Arbitrator for adjudication of the disputes that have arisen between the parties in relation to Licence Agreement dated 30th April, 2009.

Upon issuance of notice by this Court, the respondent is represented through Ms.A.Shivani, Advocate, who submits that the respondent has no objection if a Sole Arbitrator is appointed by this Court.

With the consent of the parties, I direct that the parties shall appear before the Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) on 21st December, 2017 at 2.00 p.m. The DIAC shall appoint a Sole Arbitrator, preferably a Lawyer (taking into account the amount of the claim of the petitioner). The arbitration proceedings and the fee shall

be governed by the DIAC Rules.

The petition is allowed in the above terms with no order as to costs.
