The petitioner seeks regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.327/2017 registered under Sections 392/397/411/34 IPC at PS Model Town. Status report is on record. 2.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file.

Status report reveals that the petitioner was arrested at the spot and certain articles were recovered from his possession. The complainant is yet to be examined. 3.

Considering the gravity of the offence, no sufficient ground for grant of regular bail to the petitioner.

The bail application is dismissed.
