% 11.12.2017 This petition under Section 14 read with Section 15 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 prays for appointment of a substitute arbitrator. Both the parties agree that the mandate of the arbitrator for pronouncing the Arbitral Award be extended for a further period of six months. Accordingly, I extend the period of making of the Award by a further period of six months from today. The petition is disposed of in the above terms with no order as to costs.
