% 07.02.2018 Notice could not be issued to the respondent no.2 as process fee was not filed. However, respondent no.2 has appeared in person and accepts notice. Respondent no.2 has been identified by ASI Rajbir Singh of police station Amar Colony. Respondent no.2 (wife) submits that she has settled her disputes with her husband, that is, petitioner before the Delhi Mediation Centre, Rohini Court, New Delhi on 13th October, 2015 of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. Petitioner is also present in person.

Petitioner and respondent no.2 submit that they have started living together for the last three years. Respondent no.2 has no objection in case the FIR is quashed.

Keeping in mind that husband and wife have started living together

after ironing out their differences and wife has no objection in quashing of the FIR, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 195/2010 under Section 498 IPC registered at police station Mangol Puri and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
