CONT.CAS(C) 705/2017 Heard, the learned counsel for the parties. The learned counsel for the parties state that the contempt petition be disposed of in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated May 04, 2018. The Settlement Agreement stipulates that the same is in continuation of the Settlement Agreement dated

April 20, 2017 and also that the parties shall abide by the terms and conditions set out in the same. The Settlement Agreement is taken on record. The petition is disposed of.
