% 16.10.2017 It is submitted that petitioner and respondent nos. 2 and 3 have settled their disputes amicably before the Mediation Centre, Tis Hazari Court, Delhi on 4th March, 2015 and entire settled amount stands paid, therefore, FIR No. 198/01 under Sections 420/467/468/471 IPC registered at police station Uttam Nagar and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom may be quashed.
Respondent nos. 2 and 3 are present in Court and have been identified by SI Rajpal of police station Uttam Nagar. These respondents submit that they have settled their disputes with the petitioner before the Mediation Centre of their own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion.
They further submit that in view of the settlement, they do not wish to pursue the FIR any further and the same may
be quashed.
Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and private respondents before the Mediation Centre more particularly, the fact that the settled amount stands paid, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
