This order is in continuation of the earlier order dated 6th November, 2017.

Though the petitioner did not take steps for service of notice ordered to be issued but the counsel for the petitioner states that he has personally intimated to the respondent by registered post A.D. 3.

The petitioner to, on 13th November, 2017 for which date warrants of possession are stated to have been issued at 1000 hours, furnish a copy of this order to the respondent through the bailiff who is deputed to execute the warrants and the parties to appear before this Court at 1415 hours on the same day.

The warrants of possession be not executed till further orders of this Court.

List on 13th November, 2017 at 1415 hours.
