When the matter is called out, nobody appears for the petitioner. 2.

Having heard the counsels for the respondents and also looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, it appears that there is an unauthorised construction in the premises narrated in the memo of the writ petition which is to be removed in accordance with law.

In view of these submissions and looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, we hereby direct the respondents to remove the unauthorised construction, if any, after giving adequate opportunity of being heard to the owners as well as the occupants of the premises in question at W.P.(C) 9410/2017

the places narrated in the memo of writ petition. The said action shall be initiated in accordance with law, rules, regulations and the governmental policy applicable to the facts and circumstances of the case as early as possible and practicable.

With the aforesaid observation, this writ petition is hereby disposed of.
