% 10.05.2018 The civil suit (suit no. 332/2017) titled as "Mohd. Yamin vs. Raghuvender Verma" is pending in the Court of Mr. Vijay Shankar, Additional District Judge, Central District at Tis Hazari Courts Complex. It is stated that the subject matter of the suit is property located in the territorial jurisdiction of East district, the prime prayer being for specific performance of an agreement to sell.

The respondent inspite of service has not appeared. The prayer in the application is allowed. The suit is withdrawn from the aforementioned court and transferred for further proceedings in accordance with law to the court of District Judge, East Distrcit at Karkardooma Courts Complex. The transferor court shall send the file, complete in all respects, to the transferee court fixing an appropriate date for the parties to appear there. Liberty is given to the District Judge, East at Karkardooma Courts Complex to retain the matter on his board or allocate it to any court of Additional District Judge under his control.
