1. This petition filed under the Constitution of India impugns the (order dated 25th July, 2017 in Eviction Petition No. 6128/2016 of the Court of Additional Rent Controller (ARC) (District South), Saket Courts, New Delhi) on a petition for eviction filed by the petitioners .

2. The petition is misconceived. The remedy, if any, of the petitioners is before the Rent Control Tribunal under Section 38 of the Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958. The petition is dismissed.

3. The counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty to approach the Rent Control Tribunal.

The petitioners, in accordance with law, shall be entitled to avail of the remedies, if any, available to them.
