% 08.01.2018 On behalf of the applicant it has been submitted that the main allegations were against the son of the applicant and thus the son of the applicant had put in his appearance on 21.12.2017 before the investigating agency and was brutally beaten but no complaint in relation thereto was lodged. On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the applicant did not join the investigation on 21.12.2017.

In view of the compliance of the order dated 20.12.2017 of this Court by the applicant, there is no ground to proceed further with the application, which is thus dismissed.
