The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.399/2017 registered under Sections 354/451/323/506/509/34 IPC at PS Kapashera. Status report is on record.

2.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. By an order dated 16.10.2017, the petitioner was granted interim bail and was directed to join the investigation as and when required.

The matter is likely to be compromised between the parties as per order of the Principal Judge, Family Courts, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi.

3.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, interim bail granted vide order dated 16.10.2017 is confirmed on the same terms and conditions.

4.

The bail application stands disposed of.
