% 05.01.2018 By this petition the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to re-establish social ties.
A perusal of the nominal roll reveals that the petitioner was granted three furloughs in the year 2017 being in the months of May, July and October, 2017. Thus, sufficient time to re-establish ties has been awarded to the petitioner. This Court finds no ground to grant parole to the petitioner at this stage.
Petition is dismissed.
Copy of this order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent Tihar Jail.
