% 27.11.2017 It is submitted that matter has been settled between the petitioner and respondent no. 2 (complainant) and settled amount has already been paid by the petitioner to the respondent no. 2; therefore, FIR No. 81/2013 under Section 135 of the Indian Electricity Act, 1910 registered at Police Station Ambedkar Nagar on the complaint of respondent no. 2, may be quashed. Counsel for the respondent no. 2 says that respondent o. 2 has no objection in case FIR is quashed as settled amount has already been received. Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and respondent no. 2, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 81/2013 under Section

135 of the Indian Electricity Act, 1910 registered at Police Station Ambedkar Nagar and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
