% 23.11.2017 IA No. 13796/2017 This application is filed under Order 23 Rule 3 CPC for placing on record an agreement between the parties and seeking a decree in terms of the consented terms as stated in para 1(a) to 1 (g). A perusal of the terms of the settlement would show that the same are legal and enforceable. The application has been signed by the defendants, authorised signatories and the plaintiff and their respective counsel. The application is allowed.

CS(COMM) 690/2017 A decree is passed in terms of the compromise entered into between the parties. The terms of the compromise as elaborated in paras 1(a) to 1(g) of the application shall form part of the decree sheet. The defendants are free to de-seal the computers and take steps as per the terms of the settlement.

The suit stands disposed of.
