In the circumstances, Mr. Justice B.A.

Khan (Mobile No.

9818000150), a former Judge of this Court and former Chief Justice of the Jammu & Kashmir High Court, is appointed as the Arbitrator. The fees of the arbitration shall be fixed by learned Arbitrator himself.
