Nominal roll states that petitioner has been released from jail on completion of his sentence on 24.04.2018 after getting remission of five months and 8 days.

Petitioner is, however, in custody being under trial in some other cases. Petitioner has been produced from custody consequent to production warrants being issued.

Petitioner who is present in Court submits that he does not wish to press the present petition as he has already undergone the sentence and seeks leave to withdraw the same.
