% 08.11.2017 It is submitted that petitioner and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably, therefore, FIR No.241/2016 under Sections 354/354B/354D/506/509 IPC registered at Police Station Kirti Nagar on the complaint of respondent no.2 may be quashed. Affidavit of respondent no.2 is on record wherein she has deposed that petitioner has unconditionally apologised for his misbehaviour and he has assured her and her parents that he will not ever misbehave with her or anyone else. Respondent no.2 has further deposed in her affidavit that she has no objection if the FIR is quashed. Respondent no.2 was present in the Court on 13th October, 2017 and was identified by the IO present in the Court on the said date. Respondent no2 was directed to file affidavit which has already been filed. Learned counsel for respondent no.2 submits that he has

instructions from respondent no.2 to convey the Court that she has no objection if the FIR is quashed.

Keeping in view the fact that petitioner and respondent no.2 have now settled their disputes amicably, in the interest of justice FIR No.241/2016 under Sections 354/354B/354D/506/509 IPC registered at Police Station Kirti Nagar and consequent proceedings emanating therefrom, are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
