However, the same could not be conducted as the file was brought to court. The SDM is directed to fix the hearing on 24th September, 2016. The parties shall appear before the SDM on 24.09.2016 at 11 a.m. The SDM is directed to expedite the proceedings. He shall proceed with the hearing on day to day basis and conclude the same within a period of two weeks from 24.09.2016. . Renotify on 20th October, 2016.
