The report of the Mediator to that effect is on record. 3.

Counsel for the parties submit that, in these circumstances, the captioned petition be disposed of in terms of the aforementioned settlement.

As prayed, the petition filed under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 is disposed of in terms of the settlement. 5.

The parties will abide by the terms of the settlement. 6.

Accordingly, pending application shall stand closed. 7.
