% 18.08.2017 Petitioner and complainant have settled the matter before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 5th May, 2017. Settlement Agreement dated 5th May, 2017 has been received from the Mediation Centre and perused. Complainant is present in Court. Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and complainant, it is ordered that in case of arrest, petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `20,000/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer/SHO concerned.

Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
