% 15.01.2016 I have been informed by both the parties that the Arbitrator in the matter has already been appointed. Learned counsel for the petitioner has informed that the petitioner's application under Section 31(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 is pending before the learned arbitrator and the petitioner would not press the present petition if the same is ordered to be decided within one month. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection if the said application be decided by the arbitrator within time as alleged by the petitioner. Ordered accordingly.

The present petition is disposed of.

Copy of this order be given Dasti to both the parties, under the signatures of the Court Master.
