By filing the present writ petition from Jail, the petitioner is seeking parole for a period of three months on the ground that his application dated 4th May, 2017 has been declined by GNCT of Delhi on the following grounds:- "2.As per Para 11.5 of Parole/Furlough Guidelines: 2010 which provides that "a minimum of six months ought to have elapsed from the date of termination of the previous parole as the convict has last availed 30 days of parole upto 05.02.2017 by the order of GNCT."

Notice. Mr.Rahul Mehra, Standing Counsel accepts notice on behalf of State and submits that earlier the application filed by the petitioner seeking parole was rejected by GNCT of Delhi for the reasons that period of six months had not elapsed. Thereafter, petitioner had been granted parole on 7th October, 2016. Mr.Rahul Mehra, learned Standing Counsel also referred to the nominal roll of the petitioner which shows that the petitioner has availed two weeks parole w.e.f. 13.10.2017 to 27.10.2017. 3.

In view of the submissions made by learned Standing Counsel for the State, nothing further survives for consideration in this writ petition and the same is dismissed.

Petitioner be informed through concerned Jail Superintendent about the orders passed.
