This is post lunch session. Learned counsel for respondents/landlord discloses that the revisionist/tenant passed away on 04.12.2018, but thereafter till date, no steps have been taken to bring on record his LRs. As reflected from the order dated 20.08.2019, counsel for revisionist took time to get the application under Order XXII CPC placed on record but thereafter for one or the other reason, the matter kept getting adjourned. Till date no such application has been got listed. Rather, after 20.08.2019, none has been appearing for the revisionist/tenant. I have also perused the order dated 05.01.2016, noting the crux of the dispute. Learned counsel for respondents/ landlord expresses anguish that the revisionist tenant having obtained an interim protection from eviction which was being extended on date to date The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. basis is protracting the proceedings. In fact after 29.03.2016, that interim protection was not even extended.

In the above circumstances, since none appears for the revisionist/tenant, this revision petition is dismissed in default.
