W.P.(C) 10315/2017 Mr. Nayar, learned Senior counsel for the petitioners, after some arguments, on instructions submitted that the petitioners are not pressing the present petition. Mr. Nayar also submitted that a direction be given to the concerned/appropriate authorities to expedite the proceedings.

In view of the submissions, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a direction to all the concerned authorities wherever the claim regarding the present subject matter is going to be raised by the petitioners, to expedite the proceedings to its best.
