% 13.10.2017 Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that although he has filed an appeal against the order of the Northern Regional Committee which is pending before the Appellate Body since 25.10.2016 but the same has not yet been decided. Submission is that there is a mandate upon the respondent to decide the appeal within an outer limit of three months. On advance notice, learned counsel for respondent has put in appearance. He has instructions to state that the appeal will be decided positively within an outer limit of three weeks from today. This submission of the respondent is taken on record. Petition disposed of in the above terms.
