% 03.11.2017 This is a petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India by the petitioner. Challenge in this petition is to the Notification dated 06.07.2017 issued by the Ministry of Finance,(Department of Expenditure) by which the incentive of Family Planning Allowance granted to the Central Government employees for sterilisation in terms of Office Memorandum No.7(39)/E-III79 dated 04.12.1979 issued by the Ministry of Finance, Government of India was discontinued/withdrawn.

After some hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seek leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal to raise all grounds as raised in this petition or other such grounds which may be available to the petitioner in accordance with law.
