% 24.10.2017 By this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., petitioners have prayed for quashing of the FIR No. 328/2017 under Sections 498-A/406/34 IPC registered at Police Station Prasad Nagar on the complaint of respondent no.
2. It is submitted that the matter has been compromised between the parties on 3rd October, 2017. Petitioner no. 1 is husband of the respondent no. 2. Petitioner nos. 2 to 10 are relatives of petitioner no. 1. Trial is underway. Evidence is stated to have been completed. No Compromise Deed has been placed on record. Marriage between petitioner no. 1 and respondent no. 2
also subsists. Petitioner no. 1 is stated to be bed-ridden. Marriage between the petitioner no. 1 and respondent no. 2 has yet not been dissolved. I do not find any justification to quash the FIR at this stage. Petition is dismissed.
Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
