This petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeks time bound disposal of E No.01/2012 titled Urmila Singh Vs. Ivory Printers & Anr. of the Court of Sh. Dheeraj Mor, Additional Rent Controller, (SouthWest), Dwarka Courts, Delhi on the grounds of (i) the petition for eviction, on the ground of bona fide requirement of the landlord, pending consideration for the last five years; (ii) the requirement being for the two daughters of the petitioner suffering from physical disability and of whom one is unmarried; (iii) that the eviction petition having remained pending inspite of direction in RC.REV. No.275/2015 for expeditious disposal; and, (iv) the respondents/their counsel seeking repeated adjournments. CM(M) 1147/2017

It is informed that the petition is pending at the stage of crossexamination of the witnesses of the petitioner. 5.

The petition is allowed; Mr. Dheeraj Mor, Additional Rent Controller (South-West), Dwarka Courts, Delhi is requested to dispose of the petition for eviction on or before the end of April, 2018. Copy of this order be given dasti under the signatures of the Court Master.
