% 29.05.2018 The present application is a bail application in relation to FIR No. 0073/16 under Sections 498-A/406/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 qua which the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted the copy of the order dated 01.05.2018 of this Court in W.P.(CRL)1315/18 indicating that the said FIR has already been quashed and the petitioner and the respondent no. 2, i..e, the complainant are residing together which aspect is also affirmed on behalf of the State.

Thus, the present bail application is disposed of having become infructuous.
