% 21.11.2017 The complainant was present on 14.11.2017, is not present today. On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that a Compromise Deed dated 19.09.2017 between the petitioner and the complainant has been executed and it is submitted on behalf of the State that the same has been duly verified.
Learned APP for the State has not opposed the prayer made in the instant case.
Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail.
In view of the submissions made on behalf of the State to the effect that there has been a settlement arrived at between the parties, in the interest of justice, in the event of arrest, the applicant is allowed to be released on bail on furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one surety BAIL APPLN. 2112/2017 page 1 of 2.
