The writ petitioner has raised challenge with regard to a circular dated 9th January, 2017 relating to the two notices of online admission under the EWS and DG categories in schools of Delhi. 2.
It has been informed by Mr. Khagesh B. Jha that admissions
of 2017 have already worked out.

In view thereof, the writ petition has rendered infructuous. It shall be open for the petitioner to invoke appropriate remedy so far as grievances regarding the circular of 2018. 4.
Needless to say, we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case. It would be open for the petitioner to assail the circular 2018 on all grounds including those raised in the present petition.

CM No.38057/2017 also stands disposed of.
