% 29.05.2018 Pursuant to the last order, an additional affidavit has been filed by respondent nos.1 to 4. A perusal of the same shows that there are no further vacancies available in respondent no.1/University for the courses of M.Tech. (Environmental Science & Engineering) & M.Tech. (Earthquake Engineering). It is stated that there was only one vacancy under the wards quota which has been given to the candidate who had secured higher marks than the petitioner in the entrance test. In view of the aforesaid stand taken by the respondents, which stands unrebutted by the petitioner, nothing survives for adjudication in the present petition.

The petition and application are, accordingly, dismissed as infrutuous.
