% 17.10.2017 By the petition, the petitioner seeks issuance of a writ of mandamus in order to demolish the old structure of built up property bearing No. 178, measuring 25 Sq. Yds. approximately, out of khasra No. 49595/2, situated at village Humayun Pur, New Delhi-110016. Ms. Bidawat, learned counsel for the respondent-SDMC, submits that the respondent shall treat the instant petition of the petitioner as a representation to be decided in time bound fashion, subject to such further information and/or documents as may be required for the purpose.
Learned counsel for the petitioner concedes to that effect. In view of the foregoing, the instant petition is disposed off with a direction to the respondent-SDMC to treat the instant petition as a representation of the petitioner for the purposes of the prayer sought, which shall be disposed off, as expeditiously as possible. Should the
respondent-SDMC require are any further information and/or documents to be furnished by the petitioner for the purposes of consideration of the prayer made in the petition, the petitioner shall furnish the required information and/or documents. Petition stands disposed off accordingly.
