% 01.06.2018 In view of the judgment of the Supreme Court in Northern Coalfields Limited v. Heavy Engineering Corporation Limited and Another (2016) 8 SCC 685, the present petition is maintainable and the same is dismissed. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent, if so advised, can invoke the conciliation proceedings in terms of GAIL (India) Limited Conciliation Rules, 2010.
