The present petition has been listed before this Court on the basis of an office noting put up by the Registry stating inter alia that the petitioner has not deposited the costs of Rs.1 lakh with the Delhi State Legal Services Authority, as directed under the impugned judgment dated 16.10.2017. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he is not aware as to whether the costs have been deposited or whether the impugned judgment has been taken in appeal and if so any interim orders passed in favour of the petitioner. In other words, he has no instructions. 3.

Re-notify on 08.01.2018.

In the event, the costs are not deposited by the next date in terms of the impugned judgment dated 16.10.2017, the petitioner shall remain present.
