% 17.01.2018 A Status Report has been handed over which is taken on record. As per the Status Report the factum that both the petitioners are major has been verified. Further, the petitioners have married and are presently residing in a rented house at B-67, Ambica Enclave, Nihal Vihar. Statements of petitioners have also been recorded who state that there is no pressure or threat from the side of the girl's parents and thus they have no apprehension. As per the Status Report mobile number of beat staff has already been provided to the petitioners.

In view of the above, the petition is disposed of directing the SHO concerned to take action in accordance with law in case any specific complaint is received from the petitioners.
