% 30.11.2018 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that there is an error in the petition insofar as it does not reflect the correct provisions of the statute under which the petitioner has been chargesheeted; the petitioner is accused of offences punishable under section 308 IPC, as well. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition.

The petition, alongwith pending application, stands dismissed as withdrawn.
