% 22.01.2018 At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the bail application seeking liberty to file it afresh before the learned Trial Court after examination of the alleged four witnesses namely Tarun, Nitin, Hira Singh Negi and Praveen.

In view of the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty granted as prayed. Furthermore in view of the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, the charges having framed on 16.05.2016, the learned Trial Court may endeavour to expedite the conduct of the trial.
